Cross the line faster than your rival to claim your bounty and the game will notify them of your win. These events are some of the easiest to get the "Nice Pass" achievement. This is a racing feat that is completed by passing another car on the track with a decent speed, without making contact with the other car, walls or going off of the track. Nice Pass Earn a perfect Pass score. Autocross "Compete with a rival ghost car in these highly technical, timed competitions where you must navigate special courses marked by traffic cones.

Precision driving is more critical than raw horsepower in order to beat your rival's time and claim your bounty. In these events, you should try to take your time. There is no time limit, and unless you are trying to beat a rival, there is no real advantage to driving too fast. Try to finish the race without hitting any cones. You are allowed to hit Y to rewind the race as many times as you like. If you do hit a cone, simply rewind and try that section again.

You will see the Gate Failed notification if you hit or miss the gate. Finish 10 Autocross events without hitting a cone for the "Autocrosser" achievement.

You can choose to do the same event multiple times if you wish. There are also 28 Autocross events within the Event List, so do not feel that you have to get this achievement within Rivals mode.

Autocrosser Complete 10 Autocross events without hitting gate cones. Drift Zone "Beat your rival's drift score for a bounty.

You friend or car club member will receive a message about your win. Play through each of the above event types. If you manage to beat a rival pick the easiest rival if you are having trouble , you will unlock the "Rivals Shootout" achievement.

Rivals Shootout Race and defeat an opponent in Rivals mode. When you have finished one of each event type, you will unlock the"Born Competitor" achievement. Note that you only have to complete one race within each event type. You are not required to complete every single rival event. Born Competitor Post a time in every Rivals mode event. It is also likely that you will unlock the "Perfect Turn" achievement whilst completing these events.

If not, don't worry, you have plenty of racing to do. To unlock the achievement, you must simply complete a turn at a good speed using the best driving line, without making contact with other cars, walls or driving off the track.

Perfect Turn Earn a perfect Turn score. We will first go for three achievements in one race. Back out to the main menu and select 'Free Play'. Choose the settings that are most comfortable with, and then select 'Test Track Benchmark', 'Speedway'. Before the race starts, look at the 'Starting Grid'.

You should see a Ferrari P4. If you do not see the car, Quit Race and try again. If you do see the Ferrari P4, 'Start Race'. You should first try to earn a perfect draft racing feat by driving behind the Ferrari P4, as it will likely be out in front.

Drive directly behind the car for a short while for the "Slipstreamin'" achievement. Once you have that, feel free to drive past the Ferrari and finish the race. You should be able to get a perfect speed racing feat for the "Flat Out" achievement by maintaining a high speed for a certain amount of time.

If you won the race, you will unlock the "Legendary Battle" achievement. Slipstreamin' Earn a perfect Draft score. Flat Out Earn a perfect Speed score. Once you are back to the track choice menu, back out and select the Bugatti Veyron This track has a very long, straight section, which should allow you to reach mph for the "Speed Demon" achievement. You should also obtain "Flat Out" if you did not earn it previously.

Once you have the achievement, press start and 'Quit Race'. Speed Demon Reach mph in any car. Back out all the way to the 'Free Play' menu, and select 'Hot Lap'. You should also change the difficulty so that 'Stability Control' and 'Traction Control' are set to 'Off' and 'Steering' is set to 'Simulation'. A drift should start shown on your HUD. If you can maintain the drift, score 5, drift points, and then complete the drift without crashing, exiting the track or turning around degrees, you will unlock the "Awesome Drift" achievement.

If you fail to execute the drift, simply press Y to try again. Here is another video by Spilner demonstrating the Car and Track combination for this achievement. Press start and 'Quit Race'. However, don't press 'Continue' straight away. Go down to 'View Replay'. When the replay begins, move to the 'Make Movie' option. Press A to 'Create Movie'. Change the name of your saved replay if you wish. After you have saved the replay, you will be asked whether you want to upload the movie.

Once the movie uploads, the "Show Off" achievement will unlock. Awesome Drift Earn a perfect Drift score. Show Off Upload a movie to Forzamotorsport. For the track, select 'TopGear', 'Drag Mile'. Start the race and simply drive straight. Once you hit 88mph, you will unlock the "Outta Time" achievement. Outta Time Reach 88 mph in a DeLorean. The final achievement that you should get before starting the World Tour requires you to have a kinect sensor.

Return to the title menu. Instead of pressing A to Start Game, wave to indicate that you wish to use Kinect instead of a controller. Select 'Quick Race'. Choose any car and any track. Once the race begins, you will earn the "Look Ma, No Controller" achievement. Look Ma, No Controller! Use Kinect to drive any car in Free Play.

Now 'Quit Race' and back out all the way to the title screen once more, and choose to play with a controller. Now begin working your way through the World Tour Mode. In World Tour Mode, you are not required to win the races. Simply finishing each race will suffice.

However, most of the events within World Tour are also on the Event List. As there is an achievement to finish first in every race, you should try to win as many as possible. Note that some of the races that you complete do not appear on the Event List. You can check for each one, but in some cases, it may take time to find an appropriate track-event combination.

The World Tour itself is actually quite difficult, regardless of difficulty settings, as your opponents can be reckless and there is an element of rubber banding AI. Winning races yourself will also help you gain XP towards Driver and Affinity levels. Improving your Driver Level will reward you with better cars. Improving your Affinity Level will reward you with discounts on Upgrades. Improving either the Driver Level or the Affinity Level will also reward you with CR, which increases with higher levels.

Try to use one manufacturer as much as possible in anticipation for the "Factory Driver" achievement. Each season has an increased number of events. The events to each season are always on the same tracks, but the events themselves can be changed, depending on which car you are driving. You will usually get to choose 1 of 3 events for each stage of the World Tour.

Backing out and changing you car can force these choices to change. With each race that you complete, you will also earn CR. CR is lost for damage. Once you have reached Driver Level 5, you have the option of hiring a driver from the pre-race menu. As with Forza Motorsport 3, you do not get to choose your hired driver, and you must watch the entire race.

In these events, you must simply score as many points as you can by knocking over as many pins as you can in the lap. Hit a gold pin for more points and the "Kingpin" achievement. There are plenty of them, so you should not worry about them too much. Kingpin Knock down a gold bowling pin in Car Bowling. The fifth event is a World Championship event. Most of the other races are shorter events with a nice variety of car brands and types, I'd like to finish them off myself. Finally I just setup a private lobby to finish remaining race and use leaderboard to find out those missing race after I completed the race turn out 3 of them haven't got a time posted. If there's one thing I'm definitely feeling during my trip down memory lane it is definitely sadness. Sadness that all these fantastic tracks, real and fantasy, are not in any of the newer Forza titles.

The only thing that I probley can't get are the unicorn cars. Thankfully you can still get the Porsche pack DLC code online for now that is But never the less Forza 4 is a pretty cool game that is still worth playing, I like it more better then Forza 5 and 6.
