Kailua Beach Park is on your left. There are two main parking lots on your left. One before the bridge and one after which can be full of canoe club members during the weekends.

Cross the bridge over the canal and follow Kalaheo Road as it bends to become Kawailoa Road. A third parking area is reached by taking a left at the 4-way stop onto Mokulua Road.

Kailua offers some good grocery stores to load up on food, drinks, and ice.
