If you drop your haste a LOT in favor for crit you will likely see your dps go up. Atm your haste is way to high for your gear level. You're at the second survival haste plateau, but for your item level, you're giving up far too much of other stats for it.

Anyway, BM and MM are straight forward. The problem is, there are guys with a ton of haste in the top, and then there are other guys who go mastery who seem to be right up there with them.

Sometimes it also depends on whether you're running 10 or 25 man and the buffs that are covered.
